Five Minutes for Israel is taking the weekend off to go to the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) for the Jacob’s Ladder Music Festival. Sunshine, food and people speaking English and playing ‘Anglo-Saxon’ music.

Israel’s friendliest musical and social event, a unique bluegrass, folk, country, blues, Irish jigs and world music extravaganza, appealing to thousands of both Anglos and Israelis, is held twice a year in two different formats on the grounds of Nof Ginosar Hotel on Lake Kinneret, Israel.

The SPRING FESTIVAL begins on a Thursday in May at 16:00 and ends on Saturday at 17:00. Most of the performances are held outdoors and up to 3000 tickets are sold.
