Israel 71 years old, 3,000 years young
On 14 May 1948, the day before the expiration of the British Mandate, David Ben-Gurion, the head of the Jewish Agency, declared “the establishment of a Jewish state in Eretz-Israel, to be known as the State of Israel.”
U.S. President Harry S. Truman recognised the new nation on the same day.
In Israel when celebrating the birthday of a less than young person (Seventy is the new forty?) we say, “Ad 120”. That is, may you live to one hundred and twenty.
I am confident Israel will be around for more than another forty-nine years even if I won’t.

This is what appears on my Google search. Of course, Google knows my location is Israel. Is it the same in your country?
Congrats to Google.
